I cancelled my Venngage infographic subscription, can I get a refund?


We will honor any reasonable request for refunds up to 30 days of the original transaction.

Please note even if the account has remained inactive or unused, we continue to allocate and pay for resources such as hosting, bandwidth, servers, maintenance, backups and upgrades for the account. Thank you for your understanding.
